I lost my edit link!

No worries — just email us at support@veroclicks.com with your name and the username on your card. We'll send you your edit link right away.

My card isn't working with a phone

Make sure NFC is enabled on the phone. On iPhone, it's always on (iPhone XR and newer). On Android, check Settings → Connected Devices → NFC. Tap the card near the top back of the phone where the NFC chip is located.

Can I change my username?

Yes! You can change your username anytime from your edit page. Your card will automatically point to your new URL.

Where's my order?

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking email once shipped. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or email us with your order details.

My card arrived damaged

We're sorry about that! Email us at support@veroclicks.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement right away.

Do you offer bulk orders for teams?

Yes! We offer discounts for teams and businesses ordering 10+ cards. Email us at support@veroclicks.com to get a custom quote.
