Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VeroCard's website and services at verocard.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

VeroCard provides NFC-enabled business cards and a web-based platform for creating and hosting digital profile pages. When you purchase a VeroCard, you receive a physical NFC card pre-programmed to direct to your customizable profile page.

Purchases & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You will pay the total amount including shipping
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location (usually 3-7 business days). VeroCard is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our product, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we will replace your card free of charge if:

  • It arrives damaged or defective
  • The NFC chip does not function properly
  • You received the wrong item

To request a replacement, contact us at support@veroclicks.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.

Your Profile & Content

You are responsible for all content you add to your VeroCard profile. By using our service, you agree not to post content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
  • Harasses, threatens, or harms others
  • Contains explicit or inappropriate material

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your Edit Link

Your VeroCard comes with a unique edit link that allows you to modify your profile. You are responsible for keeping this link secure. Anyone with access to your edit link can modify your profile. If you lose your edit link, contact us and we will verify your identity before providing it.

Service Availability

We strive to keep our services available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

Intellectual Property

The VeroCard name, logo, website design, and all related content are owned by VeroCard and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding or content without permission. You retain ownership of the content you upload to your profile.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeroCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your VeroCard.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VeroCard harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your profile at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your profile page will no longer be accessible, but your physical card will continue to work (it will show an error page).

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
